Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook full menus and dishes
- Adjust recipes for guests with food allergies or dietary needs
- Oversee kitchen staff and train the team on food preparation and safety standards
- Calculate portion sizes and monitor food costs
- Order all necessary food, supplies, and equipment
- Manage inventory and keep accurate records of supplies
- Ensure all kitchen and prep areas stay clean and organized
Job requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Language: English
