We are looking to hire on a full-time basis a Pharmacy Clerk/Aide, who can perform the following duties:
- Help pharmacists and other pharmacy staff with packaging and labelling of pharmaceutical products.
- Help in maintaining prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling client concerns in a timely manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of equipment.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Accountable for opening and closing the pharmacy on time, including arming and disarming pharmacy alarms.
- Accountable for counting and balancing tills and float at the beginning and end of each shift.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy store experience.
- The ability to understand and communicate with different client segments.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, days, evenings and weekends, Monday through Sunday.
