Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency throughout the restaurant.
- Develop service standards and operational workflows for the dining area.
- Hire and train staff to maintain consistent food quality and a professional work environment.
- Organize weekly work schedules and monitor team performance to ensure smooth shifts.
- Track inventory levels and sales data to manage costs and optimize menu pricing.
- Resolve guest concerns immediately while enforcing strict health, safety, and sanitation rules.
- Negotiate with suppliers for fresh ingredients and manage bookings.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
