Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s health food and supplement business operations
  • Coordinate and assign administrative tasks to office support staff to ensure daily office activities are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and monitor administrative processes to ensure internal procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Manage a range of administrative functions supporting business operations including documentation, office coordination, and operational support
  • Compile operational data and prepare regular and special reports, internal documentation, and business correspondence for management review
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain organized workflow and support company operations
  • Assist management in preparing operational budgets and maintaining inventory records and administrative budget controls

 Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 3-5 years of office administration experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
