Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $36.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 5201 Highway Avenue, Blackfalds, AB T0M 0J0

Job Duties:

• Develop and analyze restaurant budgets by monitoring supply costs
• Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency
• Implement operating procedures to maintain high quality and consistency
• Recruit, train, and supervise service staff to build a motivated team
• Create staff schedules that ensure adequate coverage while adhering to labor cost targets
• Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements with suppliers to secure quality products
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
