• Position: Marketing Coordinator
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 3810 Jacombs Rd Unit 110, Richmond, BC V6V 1Y6

Job Duties:

• Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify market trends and evaluate brand positioning
• Develop integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales growth across operational channels
• Analyze consumer buying habits, preferences, and purchasing behavior across wholesale and retail segments
• Oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive portfolio of branded marketing materials and promotional content
• Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce promotions, and website optimization to maximize customer acquisition
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launch initiatives, and corporate marketing events
• Draft and edit brand communications materials, press releases, and digital newsletters
• Evaluate performance metrics of marketing campaigns and communication programs to optimize return on investment (ROI)
• Supervise junior marketing staff and design assistants to ensure brand consistency and project timelines
• Plan and execute brand development projects to support new product launches and market expansion

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand communication, or a related field are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
