Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 410-1185 Prosperity Way, Williams Lake, BC V2G 0A6

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant
• Define the range of services offered and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance service quality
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
• Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance
• Maintain inventory control, track revenues, and adjust pricing and procedures as needed
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other essential supplies at competitive rates

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
