Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 12-2662 Austin Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6C4

Job Duties:

• Direct all daily operations to ensure service efficiency and strong business performance
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance
• Manage inventory, ordering, expenses, and analyze sales to optimize financial results
• Adjust pricing and operations swiftly to meet all targeted profitability goals
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure products at competitive costs
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all customer concerns
• Enforce consistent execution of high service standards and operational protocols
• Lead full cycle of staff management such as hiring, onboarding, and training

Job requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Language: English
