Position Info:

• Position: Beauty Shop Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.45-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 3-125 McCarter St, Parksville, BC V9P 2H6

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards and smooth workflow
• Implement shop policies and safety procedures to maintain a professional environment
• Coordinate staff schedules and appointment bookings to maximize daily productivity
• Manage inventory by tracking and ordering professional supplies and equipment
• Monitor financial performance to meet revenue targets
• Process payroll and maintain accurate records of salon expenses and earnings
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and support staff to build a skilled, cohesive team

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience as well as supervisory experience are required
