Empire Distributions Inc. is looking for an office supervisor.
Location – 2340 Meadowvale Blvd. suite Unit -10, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 0H1, Canada
Working Hours – 30-40 hours per week, Full time permanent position
Salary – $36 per hour
Job duties-
- Supervising, reviewing and assigning work to administrative office workers
- To take care of work schedules, assigning duties and responsible to get the work done timely, efficient and in a proper manner as per provided guidelines
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance and quality of work
- Corresponding with our customers to make sure the documentation, purchase procedure and order paperwork is up to date
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare progress and other reports
- To train new hired workers in job duties and company policies
Education – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
