Work Address: 11550 Ladner Trunk Rd, Delta, BC V4K 3N3
Wage rate: $22.00 per hour for 40.00 hours week, Overtime paid after 40.00 hours.
Education: High School an asset.
Experience: Not required. Training will be provided.
Languages: Basic understanding of English.
Job Duties:
• Managing plants, grass, and flowers on property; water lawns and plants; pest control and trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Conducting general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways and fixing fountains.
• Applying fertilizer to help enhance growth of grass and shrubs.
• Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
• Operate various pieces of machinery, such as excavators, tractors, and trenches.
• Remove waste, debris, and snow from the grounds.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Note: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
