- Wage: $20.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
- Prepare high-quality meals and various specialty menu items
- Monitor and analyze food costs and inventory levels to keep the kitchen on budget
- Lead the line by mentoring cooks with prep and plating techniques
- Run daily kitchen shifts and manage the back-of-house team
- Procure all necessary food stocks and kitchen supplies
- Create new menu items and daily specials with the Chef
- Customize specific dishes to accommodate allergies and restrictions
- Build the team by interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
