Description
GTS DUNCAN VENTURES INC. DBA LOCAL PIZZA is looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager at 435 Trunk Rd suite 110, Duncan, BC, V9L 2P4 . Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 30 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Main Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
