Restaurant Assistant Manager

1503189 B.C. Ltd. DBA Panago Pizza is seeking 1 full time Restaurant Assistant Manager at 218 Fourth St, Nanaimo, British Columbia V9R 1T2 .(Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 30 per week

Main Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Train, supervise staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
