Kitchen Manager

1402925 BC Ltd DBA Cora Breakfast and Lunch is looking for 2 Kitchen Manager at 850 Douglas Street Victoria, BC, V8W 2B6.(Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 30 per week.

Job Description:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the
development of policies, procedures and budgets.

Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
