Description
Anand Merchandising Ltd DBA Chevron Gas Station is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to work at 1304 Alaska ave Dawson Creek, BC V1G 1Z3. Salary is 42.83 dollars per hour and no of hours are 30 per week.(Even though this is a full time position, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply.)
Job Duties:
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
Address staffing requirements,development and retention of staff
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. Previous 2-3 years of related retail experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
