Position Info:

• Position: Retail Sales Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $44.72/hour
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 8811 River Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3P8

Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Plan and organize the daily activities of the retail store
• Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure proper floor coverage
• Recruit and provide training for new staff member
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products
• Balance daily cash drawers and track overall store revenue
• Resolve guest inquiries and address customer complaints professionally
• Evaluate market trends and competitor performance to forecast consumer needs
• Define product selections and set pricing and payment policies
• Identify and manage vendor relationships to procure store merchandise
• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to boost store sales

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3~5 years of sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
