Description
A busy professional family in L’Île-Cadieux is seeking two (2) childcare caregivers to care for four newborn babies, while also assisting with housekeeping and other household duties. This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week for each caregiver, over 5 days. The workday is split into two shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The wage is $17.88 per hour. Caregivers will have two days off, typically Saturday and Sunday; however, days off may vary depending on the employer’s schedule, so flexibility is essential. A live-in option is available at no additional cost. The caregiver may also be required to supervise the home and care for the children when the parents are away. French or English is required.
*Educational level required:
General High school diploma – Completed
*Experience related to employment:
1-2 Years of experience with children or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.
*Other conditions:
Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with children.
