Job Duties:
- Direct daily operations to synchronize the kitchen and dining room
- Standardize service procedures and menu quality to ensure consistency
- Schedule staff to meet peak demand while maintaining labor targets
- Manage the budget to drive profitability and control food costs
- Lead the crew through hands-on training and immediate performance feedback
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing on all supplies
- Recruit a reliable team that fits the restaurant’s pace and culture
- Resolve guest concerns immediately to maintain the restaurant’s reputation
Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
