Responsibilities

Tasks

• Develop, implement, and evaluate company HR policies and employment practices for drivers, dispatch staff, and office employees to ensure compliance with labour legislation.
• Advise management and employees on the interpretation and application of compensation structures, benefits, leave entitlements, and workplace policies.
• Plan and support recruitment strategies, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate assessment, and participation in interview and selection processes.
• Coordinate and oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisal frameworks, attendance monitoring, and job performance evaluations.
• Design and administer onboarding, safety orientation, and training programs to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
• Manage human resources records and information systems and prepare analytical HR reports to support management decision-making.
• Provide professional guidance on employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment standards.
• Research and recommend improvements to occupational health and safety practices, supporting risk reduction and compliance with transportation industry safety requirements
