Salary: $21.00 per hour (32–35 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Administer bedside care and medications as directed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and mending clothing and linens when required.
- Assist with mobility and ensure the client's comfort and safety.
- Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes in health or condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment.
- Provide companionship while respecting the client's privacy and dignity.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience as a home support worker or caregiver is an asset.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a private household.
