High Rise Supervisor NOC 62024 (3 Vacancies)
Terms of Employment:Permanent,Full Time
Salary:Between $36.60 to $39.00 Hourly, for 35.00 Hours per week
Start Date:As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: No formal education required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required.
Languages: Written and Oral English is required.
Specific Skills:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of cleaning crews performing exterior building cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and façade cleaning using rope access techniques.
Assign work tasks, crews, and equipment to ensure cleaning services are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Conduct daily site briefings and ensure all staff follow approved cleaning methods, safety procedures, and work-at-heights protocols applicable to exterior cleaning operations.
Monitor work performance on job sites and inspect completed cleaning work to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Train and coach cleaning staff in proper cleaning techniques, safe use of cleaning equipment, rope access procedures for cleaning purposes, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, including fall-protection procedures, hazard assessments, and safe work practices related to cleaning activities.
Maintain work schedules, attendance records, and time reporting for cleaning crews, and communicate staffing needs to management.
Ensure cleaning tools, ropes, safety equipment, and vehicles are properly used, maintained, and stored.
Address work deficiencies, operational issues, or safety concerns, and implement corrective actions as required.
Coordinate with management regarding job progress, scheduling adjustments, and service requirements.
Support seasonal cleaning and maintenance operations, including snow and ice management where applicable.
Perform other related supervisory duties in support of exterior cleaning operations.
