• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily staff schedules and project workflows to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Direct all business operations to guarantee high-quality service delivery for residential and commercial clients.
• Inspect completed job sites regularly to verify that cleaning results meet professional company standards.
• Recruit and supervise team members, providing hands-on training for equipment use and cleaning techniques.
• Negotiate service contracts and lead marketing efforts to expand the local client base.
• Address customer feedback and resolve service discrepancies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Establish clear workplace policies and safety protocols to ensure staff consistency and site security.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
