Job Duties:
- Clear fields, pens, and work areas of brush, stones, and debris
- Level soil for planting
- Plant seeds and seedlings
- Water and care for crops
- Fertilize crops and mix fertilizers
- Spray crops to protect from pests and diseases
- Harvest crops when ready
- Sort and grade fruits and vegetables by size, shape, and color
- Check crop quality before sending to market
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools
- Plow, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest using equipment
- Clean greenhouses and farm areas
- Plan and organize daily tasks
- Perform general farm duties as needed
