HJ Renovation, located in Fredericton, NB, is currently hiring for the position of General Construction Supervisor position!
Job Position: General Construction Supervisor (NOC 72021)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (to be determined)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of heavy equipment operators.
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other supervisors or managers.
-Requisition materials and supplies.
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
-Train or arrange training for workers.
-Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
-Prepare production and other reports.
-May manage the operations of own company.
-May supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of related apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is usually required.
-Several years of experience in the occupation supervised is required.
