Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Primary Business Location: 4907 52 Ave #10, Whitecourt, AB, T7S 1N9

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations near Whitecourt of Alberta as per company contracts.

Wage rate: $36.60 per hour for 35 hrs per week 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: English

Job Duties:

• Adjust and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Respond to requests from residents for minor repairs
• Perform daily inspections on the building systems
• Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
• Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
• May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• May supervise other workers.
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day, evening or on weekends, if required. Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Other: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada
