Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Primary Business Location: 4907 52 Ave #10, Whitecourt, AB, T7S 1N9
Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations near Whitecourt of Alberta as per company contracts.
Wage rate: $36.60 per hour for 35 hrs per week
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
Job Duties:
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
• Perform safety and security checks
• Supervise other workers
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day, evening or on weekends, if required.
Other: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada
