Job Duties:
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting fresh produce.
- Receive and organize deliveries, storing food supplies in designated refrigerators and freezers.
- Operate commercial dishwashers to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently.
- Hand-wash specialized kitchen tools and equipment as needed to support kitchen workflow.
- Maintain sanitized work surfaces, storage areas, and appliances in compliance with safety rules.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Perform routine floor maintenance, including sweeping and mopping in food prep areas.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
