Menbow Ramen Mayfair is a popular Japanese ramen restaurant in Victoria, known for its authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our team!

 Job Details

  • Location: Victoria, BC
  • Salary: $22.00/hour (30–40 hours per week)
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts required
  • Start Date: As early as July 1, 2026

 

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2–3 years of cooking experience
  • Experience with Japanese cuisine is preferred

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff when needed
  • Support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
