Job Duties:
- Direct and oversee all daily salon operations to ensure smooth business flow
- Manage the operational budget and monitor inventory levels to maintain cost-efficiency
- Evaluate staff performance and daily activities to maintain high service standards
- Implement and enforce salon policies and work procedures for a professional environment
- Manage marketing contracts and coordinate advertising efforts to attract new clients
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members to meet the salon's staffing needs
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the service being offered is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
