Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week / 7 – 8 hours per day

Wage: $20.00 – 22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are now hiring a food service supervisor to join our team!

 

 

Main duties

  • Oversee and manage the work of employees who portion and prepare food.
  • Educate employees on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Calculate the approximate amount of ingredients and supplies needed to prepare a meal.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control criteria.
  • Keep track of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Make summaries of the food orders for the kitchen.
  • Oversee and inspect tray assembly and set up work schedules.

 

Employment Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Flexible availability for weekends & holidays
  • At least one- or two- years of experience in customer service or similar roll may be required
  • One- or two- years of experience in food service sector may be required
  • Completion of one- or two-years relevant program, or completion of a college or equivalent program is a plus.
  • English language ability is required
