Position: Food Service Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school.

– Completion of college in hospitality industry or 2 years of supervised experience in a food industry is required.

Conditions.

Wage: $16.00 / hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay

Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
