We are looking for “Customer Service Supervisor” for The Bruce Hotel located at 89 Parkview Drive Stratford, ON N5A 4R5 Canada

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: providing information and customer service; and serving customers in banks, trust companies and other financial institutions.
Examine and verify the accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Prerequisites:
Education: High school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hospitality.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $28.75 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay
