Fivebutchers Meat is seeking a F/T Retail Store Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Retail Store Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $45.00-$46.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 21896 40 Avenue, Langley, BC V2Z 1N7

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure meat processing and display standards are met
• Supervise staff, managing schedules and providing technical training
• Monitor inventory levels of primal cuts and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock
• Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with food handling regulations
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality, freshness, and weight accuracy
• Direct specialized meat cutting, portioning, and preparation for retail and custom orders
• Analyze sales data and production costs to maintain department profitability and margins
• Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding meat selection, preparation, and sourcing

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
