Salary:$37.51 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: A college diploma is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required
Languages: Written and Oral English is required.
Specific Skills:
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Review the scope of work. Review the previous year’s estimate, quote, and job completion notes to identify lessons learned to apply to this year’s quote (if this is a renewal). Clarify any scope questions with the Business Development Manager and/or the Production Manager.
- Receive feedback from Production on estimating accuracy and incorporate learnings to improve estimating accuracy.
- Follow (and improve) the standard Grime Fighters estimating process as defined in the Estimating Manual or other related documentation.
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems Hire, train and supervise staff.
