Dolce Amore is seeking a F/T Food Services Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Food Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 113 2nd Street West, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1C5

Job Duties:

• Manage the hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
• Develop the service standards and organize the daily flow of business
• Coordinate staff schedules and provide direct supervision to the team during shifts
• Evaluate budget reports to identify ways to grow and maintain restaurant profits
• Track inventory levels and handle purchasing arrangements with food and supply vendors
• Enforce compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation rules
• Support the implementation and rollout of marketing and promotional plans
• Handle guest complaints and resolve feedback to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
