- Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Duties:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Help implement and enforce internal policies and operational standards.
- Coordinate employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Monitor stock levels and track daily earnings to optimize store workflows.
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring new team members to ensure high performance.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the Manager.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in managing supplier relationships and procurement.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
