ONIKON Creative Lab Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
Job position: Data Scientist (NOC 21211) -Full-time

Salary: $42 -$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (To be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined)
Job duties:
– Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support data-driven digital products and client solutions
– Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights
– Build predictive models and advanced analytics solutions to enhance product performance and user experience
– Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing, feature engineering, and model training
– Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business and operational challenges
– Integrate AI and data-driven functionalities into web and platform-based applications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
– Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation, validation, and continuous monitoring
– Communicate analytical findings and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Research and implement emerging technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI to support innovation initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
– Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Experience building and deploying machine learning models
