Position Info:

• Position: Transportation Coordinator
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 133-11860 Hammersmith Way, Richmond, BC V7A 5G1

Job Duties:

• Receive, review, and organize shipment instructions and service requests from customers
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day logistics operations of the company
• Track and coordinate the transfer of supplies and materials across internal departments
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality
• Track the status of ongoing shipments and logistics operations
• Communicate operational details and coordinate vehicle and crew activities through dispatch systems
• Provide training on job responsibilities and workplace guidelines
• Plan work schedules and coordinate the operations of drivers, crews, and equipment

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience in the occupation supervised are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
