Position Info:

• Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 1125 Industrial Rd 3, Cranbrook, BC V1C 5E3

Job Duties:

• Plan and coordinate the full scope of operational activities including collection, sorting, processing, and shipping
• Supervise, schedule, and train staff on daily duties, while providing performance feedback
• Coordinate logistics by scheduling routes and dispatching crews to ensure efficient material distribution and meet shipping deadlines.
• Arrange for preventative maintenance and immediate repairs as needed
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and operational regulations
• Monitor and maintain supply levels and requisition materials or equipment
• Recruit, interview, and hire new clerks
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and customer complaints

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary education is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the occupation supervised are required
