Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, 6-8 hours per day

Wage: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Benefits: 4% of each gross payroll

Now we are looking for a cook to join our team!

 

Main duties

  • Plan, prepare, and cook all of our complete Japanese style dishes of our menu.
  • Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including salad, roll sushi, sashimi, and combination sushi.
  • Make and prepare sauces for dishes on our menu.
  • Contribute to creating and developing new menu and special dishes.
  • Manage and order the inventory of ingredients, food supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Keep an eye on and order supplies as directed by the head chef.
  • Oversee and maintain the kitchen area in accordance with sanitary regulations.

 

Employment Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Minimum two (2) years of cooking experience as a cook
  • Must be fluent in English
