Mander Interiors Inc. is currently hiring experienced Construction Workers to join our residential renovation team in Winnipeg. We have three full-time, permanent positions available. Work is performed on-site at various residential construction locations.  

Work Environment:

• On-site only (no remote work)
• Residential construction projects
• Dusty conditions
• Physically demanding
• Tight deadlines
• Repetitive tasks

Duties

You will assist with a variety of residential construction tasks, including:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials
• Cleaning up job sites, including chemical spills and debris

This is hands-on physical work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• 3 to less than 5 years of construction experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own transportation
• Steel-toed safety boots
• Reliable, accurate, hardworking, and able to work well in a team

Position Details

• Location: 7-305 F Madison Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3J 1H8 (various job sites)
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
• Wage: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Schedule: Day shifts, weekend work as required
• Overtime: Overtime may be required and is available
• Start date: As soon as possible
