Position Info:

• Position: Beauty Shop Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.55-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: Unit 102-4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

Job Duties:

• Lead daily salon operations to ensure a seamless workflow and high client satisfaction
• Analyze shop performance and sales to drive growth and efficiency
• Manage budgets and inventory levels to maximize profitability
• Provide expert hairstyling, coloring, and chemical services to clients
• Standardize salon policies and safety protocols to maintain consistency
• Demonstrate leadership by working on the floor alongside the team
• Recruit and train styling staff to build a high-performance team
• Settle client disputes to maintain the salon’s reputation and retention

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a hairstylist including supervisory experience is required
