Description
Venator Ranches Ltd. is looking for Butchers – Retail/Wholesale in Hudson's Hope, BC.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Grind meats
- Make special sausages
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
Work setting

- Meat processing
Educational requirement: High School
Related experience: 1 – 2 Years Experience
Wage offered: $25.00 per hour for 30 – 40 hours/week, Permanent, Full Time.
