building maintenance supervisor (NOC 72014)

Description

Takhar Drywall Ltd, located at 14685 62A Ave Surrey, BC V3S 3T1, is looking for a permanent & full-time building maintenance supervisor (NOC 72014) to be a part of their team. It will also be necessary for you to work at several other nearby Lower Mainland locations.

Salary: 37.50/HOUR

Job Duties:

·         Supervise workers and projects

·         Co-ordinate and schedule activities

·         Oversee apprenticeship training

·         Train or arrange for training

·         Set up machines and equipment

·         Estimate costs and materials

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Recommend personnel actions

·         Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Job Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
