About the Role
As our Billing & Insurance Specialist, you’ll bring together people skills and precision — ensuring every
patient’s billing experience is smooth, accurate, and friendly.
You’ll be the key connector between our clinics and insurance providers, helping everything run like
clockwork while building positive relationships along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Managing patient billing processes with accuracy, care, and professionalism
● Handling insurance claims and extended benefits with empathy and efficiency
● Following up on outstanding balances and resolving billing discrepancies
● Coordinating with clinical teams, insurers, and patients to ensure timely payment and clear
communication
● Maintaining accurate documentation of billing activities in internal systems
● Supporting the operations and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed
About You
● You’re conscientious, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
● You enjoy connecting with others and take pride in doing your work with precision and integrity.
Must-Haves:
● High conscientiousness and accountability — you take ownership and follow through
● Advanced proficiency and experience with Excel spreadsheets
● Experience with insurance, 3rd-party billing, or Accounts Payable is preferred
● Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
● Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
● Good communication skills — you enjoy building relationships across teams and with insurance
partners
● Comfortable working onsite Mondays to Fridays
Nice-to-Haves:
● Background in banking, finance, or healthcare billing
