Bibo Pizzeria is seeking a F/T Food Services Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Food Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.00-39.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 35-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1205-7899 Templeton Station Rd, Richmond, BC V7B 0B7

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily operations and synchronize kitchen output with dining service flow
• Negotiate with suppliers for beverages, equipment, and dining room supplies
• Control operational costs by monitoring beverage inventory, sales, and overhead expenses
• Analyze sales trends and operating costs to adjust menu pricing for maximum profitability
• Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the dining area and interaction points with the kitchen
• Implement service protocols that align front-of-house performance with the kitchen's culinary standards
• Plan staff rotations and schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak service hours
• Recruit and train staff to maintain high operational standards and teamwork with the back-of-house

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
