Bibo Pizzeria is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 7899 Templeton Station Rd, Unit 1067C, Richmond, BC V7B 0B7

Job Duties:

• Supervise the daily workflow of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
• Instruct the service team on operational duties, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols
• Order necessary food inventory and kitchen supplies to ensure consistent stock levels
• Monitor food quality and service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards
• Keep track of administrative records, including inventory logs, sales reports, and staff schedules
• Project the volume of ingredients and supplies required for upcoming meal services
• Facilitate the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of food service staff

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation or service is required
