• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Oversee overall restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent food quality in both dine-in and takeout settings
• Assess daily operational performance and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and provide guidance to maintain high service and food preparation standards
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified staff to support stable and continuous restaurant operations
• Supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with company standards
• Establish and implement service procedures and operational policies tailored to the restaurant’s concept and customer expectations
• Manage inventory levels of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience and strong customer retention

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
