Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 26-900 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Direct the team during service to ensure prep and plating stay on track
• Track inventory, equipment repairs, and daily waste to control costs
• Order all food and kitchen supplies to keep the pantry stocked
• Monitor that dishes and interactions meet the restaurant’s quality standards
• Train and supervise staff in their daily tasks along with essential safety and cleaning rules
• Recruit and hire for the service team
• Handle customer issues or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
