This location is locally owned and operated, combining the resources of a national brand with the atmosphere of a family-run business.

Job duties:

• Review work orders and consult with supervisors to understand repair tasks.
• Inspect vehicles and perform road tests to evaluate performance and identify issues.
• Use computerized diagnostic tools and other testing equipment to diagnose faults in automotive systems and components.
• Adjust, repair, or replace components in various vehicle systems including:
  • Fuel systems
  • Brakes
  • Steering and suspension
  • Engines and drivetrains
  • Emission control and exhaust
  • Cooling and climate control
  • Electrical and electronic systems
• Conduct post-repair testing and adjustments to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations. Ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Recommending maintenance based on condition and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide exceptional service and communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed, vehicle condition, and any future repair needs.
• Staying up to date on latest technician training and service information.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a four-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program, OR
• A combination of over four years of work experience (recent) and industry courses in automotive technology to be eligible for trade certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience (recent) as an automotive mechanic.
